Summary of the most useful ideas to reduce carbon in brewing

A fast paced run through the key routes to reduce the carbon footprint of beer. Information has been harvested over the last year from conversations and correspondence with leaders in the field. I will attempt to summarise the most important steps and highlight where we are making progress and where we still have a huge amount to do. I will also share some thoughts on how we need to organise the industry to make these changes even remotely likely to happen.
