BEA- Sustainable Beverage Manufacture – Water Sustainability
The seminar will focus on water sustainability as part of the journey to sustainable beverage manufacture. This will include the work NIRAS has done with Carlberg on their project to achieve a new world’s lowest brewery water ratio. Whilst reducing water ratios opportunities also arise for reducing energy consumption. This is even more important in these days of the soaring cost of energy.
