Enzymes applied to hygiene have demonstrated their added value in various food and beverage processing sectors but never in the beer industry, so far. Now it is done thanks to Realco expertise in enzymatic cleaning product formulation.

The presentation will introduce the audience to a new cleaning solution specially designed for craft brewers: the Enzybrew 10. This non-corrosive product is a green alternative to caustic soda and can be used for various applications in breweries: fermenters, maturation tanks, heat exchangers, cartridge filters advantages and additional benefits will also be discussed.
